What are your rates?
It depends on which inflatable you would like to rent. Our prices include delivery, set-up, and pick up of the inflatble.

How do I know you will show up for my party?
We will be there!! We take our commitment to your event serious. We call to confirm the week of your party and try our best to keep your event trouble free.
Can we pick up the jumper ourselves?
It would depend on the situation. Call for more details.
Do you have half day rentals?
No. We only have one set price for our jumpers. Rentals are up to 8 hours.
Do you have insurance?
Yes!! We carry a general liablity insurance policy. It is available anytime for review.
What is your rain policy?
If it rains, we will not delivery the jumper. If it looks like it will rain, we will call the morning of the rental to confirm rental. If we cancel because of the weather – there is no cancellation fee.

Is a deposit required?
For a home, no deposit is required
For a park, a 50% deposit or credit card is required for a reservation
For a park, a 50% deposit or credit card is required for a reservation
How far in advance do I need to reserve?
We suggest one week ahead to ensure you get the jumper you want. But you can rent up to the day before.
Do you deliver to all of San Diego?
Currently we DO NOT deliver to North San Diego. Due to high gas prices – Northern San Diego is out of our area. But we do deliver to all other areas of San Diego
Do you deliver and set-up in parks?
Yes!! delivery to most parks in San Diego. The exceptions being North County Parks, Santee Parks, Poway parks and Chula Vista Parks
How Much room is needed for a Jumper?
We suggest 2′ space around the Jumper. For example, a 15′ x 15′ Bounce would need a 17′ x 17′ space
Can you set-up in driveways?
Yes we can! We bring sandbags to set-up the jumpers.
Can a waterslide be set-up on driveway or concrete?
No! Waterslides need to be on grass.
Do you delivery on holidays?
Yes! On most holidays we do deliver. We suggest a 2 week notice to ensure we can meet your needs.
Can we keep the jumper overnight?
Yes! for a small fee, you can keep your jumper overnight. We require it either be in a secured or gated backyard or gated frontyard.
Do you have anything else besides inflatables?
Currently, we just rent inflatables.
